		<description>Thank you for you most helpful comments on losing weight, I have tryed many diffrent weight loss programes in the past, and your comment where very helpful.I have had a little success with keeping my weight to what I enjoy it to be. I was three stone more then what I should be, and got down to two stone less then my ideal weight. I am now back up to a stone higher then I should be. But I anm now working on getting back to my I deal weight.

I&#039;m just planning to loss weight though I&#039;ve started listing some of the activities that might help me like gardening, jogging (or have a walk on the park with my baby girl) and taking dance lessons (preferred belly dancing).
