What are you eating Becca. Oftentimes, it is due to boredom that people quit their diets. Anything you do to lose weight and get into better health must be something that you can adopt as part of your lifestyle. This is why you should do some kind of exercise that you enjoy and/or vary your exercise routine. You should also not only eat healthy, but adopt a menu plan that you can maintain, that include foods you like and a menu you can change overtime. This is what me and my wife have done. We exercise 5 - 6 days a week and cook healthy but delicious tasting meals. Our daughters have adopted our plan too and are doing very well. It is not restrictive so we don't worry about any damage to our children's health. I wish you much success on your change of lifestyle.
