Webkinz is celebrating its fourth anniversary with a bang. Each year Webkinz has an extravaganza and this year will be no different. From May 1st through the 3rd all stores who sell Webkinz have been asked to participate. Here are a few highlights on what you can expect:
- Stores selling Webkinz have been asked to sell a Webkinz pet for $1 with a $15 purchase from their store.
- There will be in store events, giveaways and prizes.
I know that last year we went to the Chester Greenery and bought some flowers and left with two free webkinz. The kids had a chance to spin the wheel of WOW where no one is a looser. It was a great time. I know that all stores do it differently but I am sure no matter what your local store does it is bound to be fun.
Last year the kids each got a Webkinz and I bought two others which were on sale to save for birthday presents for parties in which we are invited to. I would strongly suggest fining out what your local store is doing. I know that last year we had a blast. I have not stopped in to the Greenery yet to see what she has planned but I am sure that it will all be a lot of fun no matter what it is!

I had to go on the Webkinz site (from your link of course) to see what
these things are….our grandkids have never mentioned them..
Oh my Linda they are all the rage. You get your pet from the store and then you are able to log it in online. From there you can play games to earn Kinz Cash to feel, cloth, house and care for your Webkinz pet. I would say that they should be at least 4 or five before diving in to Webkinz World! I like it too. I earn the kids cash by playing the games all of the time. They love it!

We love Webkinz!! What was on the agenda this year? Did you stop in to the Greenery?
We don’t have any Webkinz but they sound like a lot of fun. I know my son’s friends talk about them sometimes and I nod along like I know exactly what they’re talking about.
My boys have webkinz too and they love them. They are still a bit young, they are 3 and 5. They love the animals more than the website. We went last year to the event and they had a great time, the Chester Greenery did am awesome job. Each of the boys got a new webkinz and my wife got flowers out of the deal too! We can’t wait to go again this year. Thank you for reminding me.
KathyB this year so far all she will tell me is that they will be redoing the wheel of wow. Other then that she is being very hush hush.

Amber Webkinz are a lot of fun. Although some people think that I should not admit it I like them too. I love the games and have fun dressing them. I think that having kids is a new excuse to be able to play again. I think that for the $15 investment for a year it is worth it. Give it a try and let me know what you think!

Court I think that they are great. I love them and so do the kids. There are games to play for fun and there are games that are educational. You have to feed your pets and take care of them. I think that while it is a lot of fun it is something that the kids can benefit from as well!
