		<description>I grew up with the egg fight tradition as well. We called it &quot;uppering&quot;. Mom doesn&#039;t know where the tradition started but I continued it with my children. We do points to point with one person holding their egg with only the point exposed and the other person tapping. Then we switch sides and positions of holding and tapping. The winner is the one with the egg that doesn&#039;t break and can challenge another.</description>
