I have a Sour Cream Coffee Cake that never seems to fail to please when I show up for gatherings. And it is amazingly easy. Also I have an easy recipe for a Brownie Pudding cake that my mother used to make in the winter months. It was served hot with ice cream or whipped cream or just some heavy cream poured over. I think it was one of those Jello pudding recipes from 30 years ago. I also would love to share the Cockeyed Cake recipe (with full props to the "I hate to cook cookbook"). Ever not have the time or money to run out to get a mix? The ingredients are what most people have in their homes (you will have to double check if you have cocoa powder as I do not think it is used as much since everyone likes to have everything pre-mixed and pre-made. Anyway- I am getting carried away... I am sure others have some quick and easy treats to share and I like to hear from other people what is tried and true. I know you are busy with Christmas countdown, but things like seasonal holiday favorites would be most appropriate...
